1-On-1 Personal Training

Whether you want to reach your next level of fitness, work through an injury, or find your peak athletic performance our Personal Trainers will get you results. We have the best personal training in Humboldt County for people of all ages & fitness levels.

Your journey begins with a Starting Point session where we will assess your current abilities & goals. From there we design a custom training program to turn your fitness dreams into a workable plan!

Meet & Greet/Maintenance

Check in with a Personal Trainer to answer basic questions, get to know the gym, or check in on personal progress. For clients who already have an established fitness routine this is a great way to kick it up a notch.

Basic Education

1x / Week. This is an excellent option for clients who are self-motivated and already work out on their own but want to go the extra mile and step up their game.

Get Dialed In

2x / Week. This is still a very effective option for clients who want to make gains & see results but may not have the most time in their schedule.

Results Driven

3x / Week. This is the absolute best option for anyone who is serious about achieving their goals. Your trainer will guide you through your customized training program. Even in a month’s time you will notice a change.
